ARTIST STATEMENT

‘The Equilibrium Clock' is a visual manifesto of the profound spiritual journey toward self-synthesis and consciousness. The work engages directly with Jungian thought, reframing the psychological violence that arises from the rejection of the Shadow - our repressed, unaccepted aspects. The inherent darkness declares, "Ignore me, and I'll destroy you; integrate me, and we become whole." The painting asserts that radical self-acceptance is achieved through the painful, but necessary, internal demand for integration.

The central structure, framed by the cyclical balance of the Yin and Yang, systematically traces the arc of transcendence - from the chaos of the repressed self to the clarity of the integrated psyche.
